I like connecting what the business needs with what we can actually build in iGaming. I've done product ownership, roadmap planning, and a lot of work across design, backend, and QA to get iGaming products shipped. I care about ownership, clear outcomes, and teams that can iterate.

- Leadership & delivery: I led end-to-end delivery across multiple iGaming brands and acted as Product Owner — scoping work, turning business requirements into Jira epics, and tracking OKRs and sprint goals so we could ship predictably.
- Cross-functional work: Worked closely with product, design, backend, and QA to align on goals and scalable frontend architecture for iGaming. Put together execution plans, Confluence docs, and Jira workflows for multi-team iGaming platform work. I was the main technical contact.
- Technical leadership: Owned BFF architecture, frontend performance, and release pipelines for iGaming platforms. Pushed Component-Driven Development and the ADS design system — delivery time dropped by ~30%, and UI consistency improved across brands.
- CI/CD & quality: Set up and maintained CI/CD with Jenkins, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and Sentry for iGaming deployments. Analyzed the platform and E2E pipelines and cut CI/CD run times by about half.
- Platform work: Led migration of legacy iGaming platforms to a centralized, modern frontend architecture. Drove UI/UX improvements across six iGaming brands and coordinated changes with frontend, backend, DB, and design.
- Performance & data: Led frontend performance optimization (LCP, TBT, CLS) for applications serving millions of monthly users. Used Mixpanel and analytics for data-driven product and technical prioritization.
- Process: Ran retrospectives across teams, removed delivery blockers, and helped improve velocity and throughput.

- Landing: Marketing site — hero, features, pricing, FAQ. Next.js, Framer Motion, Swiper, Tailwind. Built to convert.
- Dashboard: Guest management (RSVP, seating, QR invitations), vendors, kanban tasks, budget, timeline, analytics. Next.js 15, React 19, TanStack Query, Zustand, FullCalendar, ApexCharts, Stripe Elements.
- API: NestJS REST API with JWT and Google OAuth, full wedding/guest/vendor/task/budget models, notifications, activity logs, context hydration, AI suggestions (plan-gated), RSVP flows. Prisma, PostgreSQL, Stripe, Resend, Supabase. Swagger docs.
- Designed the data model and API contracts so the dashboard stays in sync across modules.
Blockchain Front-End dApp Developer

NFT-based voice game on blockchain
- Built the React/Redux dApp for The Voice Crypto — users could mint, trade, and use voice-based NFTs.
- Integrated Moralis Web3 SDK for MetaMask, balance checks, token transfers, and real-time on-chain data.
- Built the Solidity interface layer to talk to smart contracts: reads, writes, events, and transaction handling.

- Web scraping with Puppeteer and Cheerio — pulled structured data from target sites, handled dynamic content and pagination.

- Scheduled jobs to sync scraped data into Google Sheets for reporting and client access.
- Solid error handling, retries, and logging so the pipelines could run reliably.
